I never heard of the brother until my co-worker Ricky put me on him. Claiming his lyrical prowess were worth a good listen, and the technique is one hottest in game. Ricky knows a good lyricist when he hears one. Allow me to introduce to igotnext featured artist Mickey Factz

Mickey Factz is an American rapper born in Bronx, New York, the birthplace of hip-hop, Mickey Factz been exposed to music since an early age. As a child his father would rap to him, till soon enough he would start reciting his own rhymes. He is currently signed to Jay-z's Roc Nation Label.


He earned the recognition of Elektra Records and an offer for a solo deal from Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliot. But due to conflicts of interest he had to decline the offer. Ghostwriting for several established and upcoming artists and constantly reinventing himself through the successful release of several mixtapes.

He’s sought and worked on productions from Alchemist, Kanye West, and others.
Appearing in showcases at Joe’s Pub, The Village Underground, CBGB’s and opening up for Fat Joe & Trina at 2006’s NBA All-Star weekend in Houston, Texas.

Currently, Mickey Factz is being acknowledged as those constructing the future landscape of the music and lifestyle that we know today and will know tomorrow as hip-hop culture.

On the radar of A&Rs at numerous major labels, his intentions are for longevity as he focuses on building his persona and movement into today’s American Hip-Hop,street, and pop culture. His lyrical prowess has placed him in a class all on his own amongst today’s new crop of MCs. He’s here to bring rap back to New York, rep the birth-place of hip-hop culture worldwide.
